What year two actually costs. The $50 above covers your registered agent and US business address. Whether your LLC has to file IRS Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120 depends on its ownership and on the transactions it had during the year, and your state requires an annual report — $200 and $150 bought separately, or $350 a year for the Compliance Plan covering everything. We would rather you knew that now than at renewal.

These are not add-ons or afterthoughts. Every US LLC is legally required to have a registered agent with a physical address in the state of formation, and every non-US founder needs a genuine US business address before a bank or payment processor will take them seriously. We provide and manage both, and we receive and scan your mail into your document portal.
Wyoming and Colorado both require your LLC to name a registered agent with a physical address inside the state, able to receive official state and legal correspondence during business hours. Without one your company cannot be formed and can later fall out of good standing.
